Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic was elected Croatia's fourth president in 2015. She is the country's first female president and its youngest-ever, Standard Media reported.

Kolinda has been married to Jakov Kitarovi since 1996 and they have two children. Croatia has a population of four million.

"I'm really hopeful that the two state leaders will show enough… responsibility for global stability,"  said Grabar-Kitarovic.  "We have to work together."
