A teenager has drowned in the Swan River in Perth after being chased by police.

一群少年被警方追赶后，跳进了澳大利亚珀斯的天鹅湖中。当地警方在周一晚上发现一个男孩的尸体。

周二早上，警方更新消息称，在天鹅湖中发现了第二具男孩的尸体。

据悉一共有五名男孩被警察追赶后跳入水中，人们担心有更多少年遇难。

A search of the area continues after several other teenagers entered the water and it is not known if they all made it out.

Police were called to Tranby Road about 3:15pm yesterday afternoon after it was reported a group of young people were climbing fences in Maylands.

Officers arrived and chased several of the teenagers on foot.

Some of the young people entered the Swan River in a bid to escape, and a few were arrested, but it is not yet known if there are more who did not make it out of the water.

A search of the area involving water police and tactical response group officers continues.

Police are working to identify the body of the teenage boy pulled from the water by police divers and to notify family members.
